Hello! 👋

I’m Thea, with over a decade of industry experience I have had the pleasure of collaborating with diverse studios and clients globally, including having worked full-time with the talented team at Buck in New York for over 4+ years.

My passion lies within creating bold, minimal, yet expressive illustrations and animations that explore themes of human connection, touch, and quiet moments. I enjoy blending soft surrealist human forms with delicate linework to craft pieces that feel both intimate and evocative.

Available for commissions and collaborations.

Chase US Open

Studio Buck
Role Designer

Chase has a longstanding partnership with the US Open tennis tournament, and they came to BUCK looking for a spot that would celebrate this partnership, their financial tools, and the great city of New York.

Each scene was a love letter to the iconic sport of tennis, and iconic scenes from New York, where the tournament is held. From the brownstones of Queens, neighbourhood courts, and all the way to the Arthur Ashe stadium.

Inspired by the essential simplicity of the blue and green courts in the stadium, we kept the colour palette limited and shapes intentionally graphic and refined. We brought a sense of realism through rich lighting and dynamic camera angles — channeling the energy of the tournament itself.
